Amarillo Public Library’s Digital Literacy program offers computer classes and one-on-one assistance to individuals needing help negotiating the world wide web.

Under the direction of Digital Outreach Coordinator Maggie Elder, Digital Navigators can help people set up email accounts, access online resources, and understand how to safely navigate the internet.

The Digital Literacy team includes Digital Navigators Caiden Scott and Reagan Wolf. Scott takes the lead on senior services through an office at the Acts Community Center located at 816 S. Van Buren. Wolf works out of the Downtown Amarillo Public Library where, in addition to providing digital navigation, she leads APL’s award-winning Girls Who Game and newly created Girls Who Code programs.

One-on-One with Digital Navigator

You can also bring our computer classes and/or 1-on-1 assistance to your community hub! Organizations can sign up to have a digital navigator come to their location up to 6 times per calendar year, up to 4 hours per visit, to teach a class and/or provide 1-on-1 assistance. Organizations can sign up here.
