If you are not able to renew your items online or are denied access, your account may be blocked due to a fine over $5.00 or an item overdue.

To resolve this you can:

1. Renew your items over the phone at any Amarillo Public Library
2. Pay by debit or credit over the phone (if the fine exceeds $5)
3. For all fines under $5.00, visit your Amarillo Public Library to pay cash or check.

We cannot pay any fines or fees under $5 with a debit or credit card

Usage of the card will be prohibited if there are fines over $25.

If your card is in collection your card must be paid in full before any usage.
