Amarillo Public Library cards are free to all who live or own property within the Amarillo city limits. Please have current government issued photo ID available to staff when applying for an APL card.  If your ID address is out of date, please provide proof of residence.  Nonresidents may purchase an APL annual fee card for $18 per year. There is a $33 family rate to provide all members of a family with annual fee cards.More Library Card Information
