September is National Library Card Sign-Up Month and Friends of the Amarillo Public Library is offering a prize drawing throughout September to encourage Amarillo citizens to learn more about our community’s great library system.

People who visit all five Amarillo Public Library locations between September 1 and September 30 will be entered into a drawing for a $50 gift card from Burrowing Owl Books—courtesy of Friends of APL.

To participate, simply visit each of APL’s five locations and have your entry form stamped by a Library staff member.

While you’re there, take a photo at the special Library Card Sign-Up Month photo-op stations.  Be sure to share on social media and tag the Amarillo Public Library with the hashtag #AmarilloPublicLibrary.

You must be at least 16 years old to enter, and entry forms must be turned in by the time the library closes at 6 PM on Saturday, September 30.  Winners will be announced on Monday, October 1.
