AMA-CON 2026

Day One - Saturday, August 1 from 11 AM to 7 PM – Amarillo Civic Center Complex

Amarillo’s original Pop Culture Convention is back!  Enjoy artists, vendors, cosplay, gaming, and panels and presentations.  Don’t miss the AMA-CON Art Show, Kids Activities, Gaming Tournaments and Cosplay Contests until 7 PM.  A 1-day pass to AMA-CON is just $8 or you can get a 2-day pass for $10.  All proceeds benefit Friends of the Amarillo Public Library!

Geek Prom - Saturday, August 1 from 7:15 to 9 PM – Amarillo Civic Center Regency Room

Dance to the music with all your fellow geeks!  Admission to the Geek Prom is free with your AMA-CON wristband.

Day Two - Sunday, August 2 from 12 to 6 PM – Amarillo Civic Center Complex
